Our Story

Compassionate Concierge Physicians was born out of identifying an issue in our modern-day healthcare system – the lack of mobile wound care for patients who cannot travel. Our focus is to bring specialized care directly to patients wherever they reside—in their homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

Realizing we could do so much more for people and their families, we began our journey to help and heal.

The Latest in Mobile Wound Care Technology

Cutting-Edge Mobile Wound Care Technology

Explore the ways in which our advanced tools and methodologies are revolutionizing wound care management and achieving improved results for our patients.

MolecuLight

A handheld imaging device that helps in the assessment and management of wounds. It uses fluorescence imaging to visualize bacteria in wounds that may not be visible to the naked eye.

This technology benefits patients by providing clinicians with real-time information about the presence and location of bacteria. This can help mobile wound care providers make more informed decisions about wound treatment. It can also lead to more targeted therapies, potentially improving healing rates and outcomes for patients with diabetic wounds.

Mobile ABI

Mobile ABI (Ankle-Brachial Index) is a diagnostic tool for assessing the limb's arterial blood flow. This is particularly important for patients with diabetic wounds because poor circulation is a common complication of diabetes and can significantly impair wound healing.

Compassionate Concierge Physicians can conveniently assess a patient's arterial health in their home or care facility by providing mobile ABI testing. This tool helps identify whether reduced blood flow contributes to wound healing challenges. With this information, our mobile wound care provider can develop a more comprehensive treatment plan that addresses the wound and the underlying circulatory issues, ultimately helping the wound heal more effectively.

PCR Testing

In mobile wound care, PCR (polymerase chain reaction) testing is a fast and highly accurate method for diagnosing certain infectious diseases and genetic changes. This technology helps patients by providing precise information about underlying infections hindering wound healing.

The PCR test allows for targeted treatment with the most effective antibiotics or wound care techniques rather than relying on broad-spectrum treatments that may not be as effective or could contribute to antibiotic resistance.

Personalized Wound Care Plans

Specialized Care,

Tailored to You

Comprehensive personalized preventive wound care plans from trained medical wound care experts. We provide tailored wound care plans for any type of wound.

Leg Ulcers

Technologies like the MolecuLight can help identify bacterial presence in leg ulcers that might not be apparent to the naked eye. This allows for a more accurate assessment of the wound's condition.

Mobile ABI testing can also assess arterial blood flow in the legs, which is crucial for healing leg ulcers, especially in patients with diabetes.

Diabetic Wounds

With our technology, our mobile wound care providers' use of advanced wound care products, techniques, and experience helps to identify blockages or waste for diabetic patients.

Services such as Lymphatic drainage help address swelling and improve waste removal, creating a better environment for diabetic wound healing. Our mobile wound care providers will develop a personalized and targeted treatment plan that can lead to faster infection resolution and improved healing outcomes for the patient.

Vascular Ulcers

Mobile wound technology plays a significant role in managing vascular ulcers by addressing key factors that impact healing.

Evaluating blood flow is critical for vascular ulcers. Mobile ABI testing allows mobile wound providers to conveniently measure arterial blood flow, which helps identify circulatory issues hindering healing.

By utilizing these mobile wound technologies, mobile wound care providers can offer more effective and convenient care for vascular ulcers, leading to improved patient outcomes.

Surgical Wounds

A surgical wound requires closer monitoring, infection prevention, specific techniques, and more for improved outcomes and a faster recovery.

Our mobile wound care providers utilize advanced mobile wound technology to - for example - accurately identify specific pathogens if an infection is suspected, allowing for targeted antibiotic treatment and specific treatment techniques.

Pressure Ulcers

Mobile wound care providers conduct thorough assessments of pressure ulcers, evaluating their stage, size, depth, and signs of infection. PCR testing helps identify specific infections in pressure ulcers, allowing for precise antibiotic or therapy selection and better infection control in unison with MolecuLight. It can detect bacterial presence in pressure ulcers that might not be visible, aiding in accurate assessment.

Based on the assessment, our wound care providers develop individualized treatment plans, which include wound cleaning, debridement (removal of dead tissue), and application of appropriate dressings.

These plans are tailored to the patient's needs and the pressure ulcer's characteristics.

Chronic Wounds

Mobile wound technology assists with chronic wounds in several ways, focusing on better assessment, targeted treatment, and improved healing outcomes.

Mobile wound care brings these technologies and services directly to the patient, improving accessibility and convenience for individuals with chronic wounds who may have difficulty traveling or being mobile.

Wound Infections

Mobile wound technology plays a vital role in the treatment of wound infections, offering advanced diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities that can significantly improve patient outcomes.

From detecting bacteria or pathogens quickly to identifying infections or items that may impede healing, mobile wound care providers can determine the exact cause of the infection and select the most effective antibiotics or treatment plans to help the patient.

With Compassionate Concierge Physicians, our mobile wound care brings these advanced diagnostic and treatment tools directly to your doorstep.

Arterial and Venous Ulcers

Mobile wound technology helps patients with arterial and venous ulcers by focusing on assessment, targeted treatment, and improving overall care convenience.

Mobile ABI testing is crucial for arterial ulcers, as it assesses arterial blood flow to the limbs. Mobile ABI testing helps identify if poor circulation contributes to the ulcer and helps mobile wound care providers create personalized treatment strategies.

Tools like the MolecuLight can help visualize bacteria in arterial and venous ulcers, aiding in the early detection of infection. Lymphatic services can also assess and manage swelling, often associated with venous ulcers.

Get targeted treatments and convenient care for you or your patients with arterial and venous ulcers, ultimately improving healing rates.
